Bosch Thermotechnik, the brand’s division of residential heating and air conditioning products, regularly launches new products throughout the year. Since these are new, there are no existing assets—yet it’s crucial to hit the ground running with quality creative. I led the direction and production of all assets for new product launches in eight different language markets across Europe and the U.S.
THE PROBLEM
The first 30 days are critical when launching new products on ecommerce platforms like Amazon. That’s the period when you can gain the most traction. We usually have a short window of two to three months to produce all on-white and lifestyle photos, as well as listing images and A+ Content.
THE SOLUTION
Using the available product info, I directed photo shoots and the proceeding graphic design projects. A typical project requires about twenty on-white photos, 30 lifestyle photos, twenty-one listing images and about thirty A+ images—all multiplied by eight languages. In order to do this, we templatized as much of the design as possible and worked closely with the brand for speedy approvals/reviews.
