Balance of Nature makes fruit and vegetable supplements. They’re the leader in their category and have been very successful selling directly to customers via their website and phone sales. Most of their advertising was historically through TV commercials. They began selling on Amazon and needed help appealing to customers in an unfamiliar marketplace.

THE PROBLEM

Naturally, when a brand as successful as Balance of Nature enters a new market, copycats emerge. Amazon quickly became flooded with competitors who purposefully match their brand in order to deceive customers. Those knockoffs largely relied on renders and stock photos to tell their product story. 

THE SOLUTION

I proposed we take new photos and videos aimed at showing their product in the hands of real people in order to stand out from the crowd. The brand needed to differentiate from and elevate above the many inferior competitors. We used those assets to create new listing images and A+ Content.
